Your unlocked iPhone should automatically pick up signal from a Family Mobile sim card. If you does not, then turn airplane mode (found in settings) on and back off again to make it search for and hopefully find service. If you do not have service at this point then double check to make sure you are in a covered area and then contact us for further help.

Now that you have service check to make sure your data and picture messaging is working. To do this, simply turn off your wifi (founding settings), open Safari and try to browse to your favorite website (hopefully Electonicsintocash.com !). If this does not work or your picture messaging does not work, don’t worry!

Go to:
Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network
and fill in the blanks
APN: epc.tmobile.com

Password:

Reboot and they should be working on your iPhone.
